Charles Boorady founded HCC in 2015 after spending over 25 years as a #1 ranked II analyst in Healthcare. Past firms include Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Citi, and Accenture. In addition to HCC, Charles is on many boards of healthcare companies. He received an MBA in Analytic Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.

Gennaro D'Agostino has over 20 years of investment banking and structured finance experience, financing in over $8B of assets in a multitude of industries. He previously led the North America Renewable Energy team at Deutsche Bank's Asset Finance and Leasing group in New York. He then helped form Meridian Asset Finance where he financed over 400MW of wind, solar, fuel-cell and hydro assets. Gennaro has an MBA and BS in Finance/International Business from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

He received his BA in Finance from The University of Kentucky and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr Bass has an MBA and JD from the University of Chicago and a undergraduate degree in classics from Yale University.
