Thomas S. Ricketts '93 (Speaker)
Founder and CEO, Incapital LLC
Tom Ricketts is the founder and CEO of Incapital LLC, a Chicago-based investment bank focused on fixed-income securities for individual investors. He has made regular appearances on CNBC and Fox Business to discuss the corporate bond market and strategies for beating inflation. He is a board member of TD Ameritrade Holding and previously was a market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Tom Ricketts earned his bachelor's and an M.B.A. in finance and policy studies from the University of Chicago.
J. Peter Ricketts '91 (Speaker)
Founder, Drakon LLC
Pete Ricketts is the founder of Drakon, LLC, an investment company in Omaha, NE. He is also a board member of Ameritrade Holding Corp., the parent company of Omaha-based TD Ameritrade; president of the Platte Institute for Economic Research, a non-partisan research and education organization; and was a candidate for the U.S. Senate. Pete Ricketts holds an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago, where he also earned his bachelor's degree. He serves on Chicago Booth's advisory board and is a former LEAD facilitator.

Providing overall leadership of Chicago Booth since July 2001, Dean Snyder oversees the school’s academic programs in Chicago, London, and Singapore. Prior to joining Chicago Booth, Mr. Snyder taught at the University of Virginia's Darden School and the University of Michigan Business School. He also was an economist with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. His research activities include insights into business practices including distribution, contracting, antitrust enforcement, public policy, and industrial organization. He is active in The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and is a member of the City of Chicago’s Civic Consulting Alliance. He earned his Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Chicago.
