Chicago White Sox vs. Baltimore Orioles

Join us as we watch the White Sox battle the Baltimore Orioles. We have seats in several sections in the upper deck. Prior to the game Baseball Prospectus Vice President, Nate Silver, AB '00, and several of his Baseball Prospectus colleagues will share their thoughts on the construction of this year's White Sox club and on the state of the game. Using a methodology referred to as sabermetrics, Nate will take us through a statistical analysis of the happenings of the 2009 season and his projections for the post-season and beyond. Mr. Silver also applies statistics to politics on his fivethirtyeight.com site, so he'll probably take questions on both.
