William Browder, AB '85 (Speaker)

As the chief executive officer of one of Russia's largest foreign investors, William Browder AB '85 spearheaded radical changes in Russian corporate law, including the creation of pre-emptive rights for all minority shareholders in Russian companies and the introduction of cumulative voting for director elections. Hermitage, through its shareholder activism, has been credited with a number of breakthroughs improving corporate governance standards at major Russian companies, including Unified Energy Systems, Sberbank and Gazprom.

Bruce Rigal, MBA '89 (Speaker)

Bruce Rigal MBA '89 is responsible for Deutsche Bank's operations in Global Banking in 37 countries including budgeting and planning, people and cost management, comunications and marketing and infrastructure.
