In times of continuous turbulence, resilient leaders are those who adapt, change and use challenges as opportunities to re-invent themselves. Resilient organizations are the same. In the current economy, leaders are challenged across all kinds of businesses to help their teams to prevail despite uncertainty. Leading a resilient organization takes courage, focus, and the ability to engage others in generating a purposeful path that may change in an instant. In this interactive program, we will explore: 1.) Practicing your own resilience 2.) Recognizing resilience and the absence of resilience in client organizations 3.) Working with simple tools to develop resilient leadership As part of “The Resilence Project” Karlin was asked to develop and co-lead a program “The Resilient Organization” with top authors/consultants Ram Charan and Jim Loehr at Wharton School of Business. Through dialog, storytelling and experiential exercise, in Resilience Project programs leaders, and their people, to learn strategies for developing personal and organizational resilience. There is no fee for this presentation and interactive program, but registration is required and will be limited to 60 participants.
