The Development Difference" is a different kind of professional learning opportunity. No giant PowerPoint deck, no boring lectures. Instead, this 90 minute session consists of a brief introduction, participation in a fun and fast-paced team activity, then discussion of observations and implications.

This deceptively simple workshop activity, to date experienced by over 5,000 participants worldwide, is filled with "aha!" moments that will leave you with a much richer understanding of how to master the development difference.

This event will enable participants to:
• Discover why the development difference requires two opposite types of leadership to co-exist.
• Acknowledge the essential system architecture and interface definition tasks that are always present in developmental effort.
• Realize why a "manufacturing" approach not only doesn't work, but can actually be the exact opposite of what is needed to succeed at developmental effort.
• Share insight on developmental project planning, execution, and monitoring challenges.

Whether you are a PM, an Engineer, a Senior Manager, an Entrepreneur or an Investor the ability to improve development outcomes is of critical interest. Don't miss this chance to have fun and gain unique insight!
