If you haven't been to Santa Ana lately then you don't know what you're missing! Santa Ana, located in the heart of Orange County has been given new life!

4th Street Market is a progressive culinary hub inspired by the spirit of creative chefs, food artisans, and small business entrepreneurs, the 4th Street Market Features fifteen thoughtfully curated vendors, 10 incubator kitchens, and more. 4th Street Market invites guests to relax, drink and dine, meet up with friends and family, and enjoy the multitude of activities in the Downtown Santa Ana's revitalized East End.

And this just isn't just a bunch of restaurants, this is an incubator for start ups in the Restaurant Industry. East End Kitchens has partnered with Food Centricity, a business accelerator focused solely to assist artisans in successfully entering into this extremely competitive Industry. Food Centricity connects and streamlines resources to launch, groom, and effectively grow a business in Southern California and beyond, enabling and fast-tracking food maker success.

Beyond dining and business opportunities, 4th Street offers a European inspired butcher shop, ten rental kitchens, a specialty food shop plus a craft cocktail bar and beer garden. The modern setting includes a cutting edge graffiti wall by Tyke, Ewok and Aloy and a living wall by LiveWall.

The evening will consist of a short presentation on the revitalization of Santa Ana and the vision for 4th Street, guided tours, and, of course, the opportunity to mix and mingle. Attendees will receive food vouchers which can be used to purchase food and beverages at any of the 15 restaurants at 4th Street. A special menu of "smaller" portions has been created for this event which will allow attendees to sample a multitude of some of the most popular dishes from several of the restaurants.

Speaker Profiles

Ryan Chase (Speaker)

Ryan Chase is the 4th generation to do business in Downtown Santa Ana, beginning with his great grandfathers opening of Eureka Shoes in 1919. Since then, Ryan and his family have acquired real estate throughout the Downtown Santa Ana and the United States, managing their holdings through S&A Management. Ryan has recently been heavily involved in the revitalization of Downtown Santa Ana through his development of the East End district and 4th Street Market, among other Downtown projects. Ryan is also the President of Downtown Inc, a Business Improvement District located within the downtown. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and was one of OC Register's 2014 100 Most Influential.
