Join the Chicago Booth Alumni Club of New York City's small company finance group as it kicks off its inaugural event with a round table presentation on financing small residential real estate projects under $10 million.
Event Details
Our featured speaker, a senior officer of a wholly owned subsidiary of 100+ year old bank, and one of the leading credit card issuers in the country, will speak to us for thirty minutes about financing small (ie. under $10 million) residential real estate projects.
Following his presentation, there will be a fifteen minute discussion on future programming. Weigh in on what you would find most helpful related to the financing of small companies (both real estate and non-real estate): eg. angel financing for fast growth start-ups, other forms of venture capital and private equity financing at different stages of growth, bank related financing, "hard money" financing, small company finance war stories - from both the sources' and users' perspectives, etc.
Refreshments before the presentation and at the networking session following the program.
$10 per person, to offset the cost of wine, beer, soda and light refreshments.

With offices in midtown Manhattan, our speaker started his Bank's business of financing merchant home builders. His work experience also encompasses various areas of commercial real estate lending, including CMBS at Bear Stearns and bridge lending at Fortress Investment Group. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
