Ramón Porteiro (Speaker)
Founding Partners, Dexter Associates
Ramón has accumulated extensive professional experience, developed in different sectors. For instance, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, he worked in companies such as Welcome Foundation and Glaxo, where he held the positions of HR Director and General Secretary, respectively. After this long phase, he guided his steps towards company management and strategy in Azkar, a leading transport company in Spain, as Director of Investee Companies, spearheading its initial public offering.
Subsequently, he joined Nicholson, consultancy with international presence where he discharged the duties of Head of Executive Search Business Management and Development, leading this firm to a position of leadership in its sector.
Ramón has a Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Management and Business Administration from London University and a Master in Financial-Business Management, with fluent English, French and Portuguese.
He currently manages and leads Dexter Associates, of which he is a founding partner.
