About Languedoc-Roussillon wines:
Between year-round sunshine, rich soil and winds that keep the vines healthy, Languedoc-Roussillon is a promise land for wine. Cradled by the Mediterranean, the south of France vineyards spread out in a patchwork of terroirs all the way from the Rhône to the foothills of the Pyrenées, within sight of Spain.

Today, over 40 wines have achieved AOC status (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée - Official certification guaranteeing the quality of French products). The region's AOC wines include red, rosé and white wines, naturally sweet wines (such as Muscats) and sparkling wines (slightly sparkling crémants and the sparkling blanquettes of Limoux). The first session on Languedoc-Roussillon wines will be dedicated to the rosés wines.

About Côtes de Provence wines:
Provence wine comes from the wine-producing region in southeast France. 75% of the wine produced in Provence is rosé. Rosé thus accounts for the better part of production in all regions: 80% of Côtes de Provence, 65% of Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, 70% of Côteaux Varois en Provence. 75% of Provence Rosé production now benefits from an AOC classification. The Côtes de Provence is the largest AOC followed by the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. The Bandol region near Toulon is one of the more internationally recognized Provence wine regions.

About Vincent Morin:
With grandparents who were wine merchants in the Poitou-Charentes region and wine-loving parents, Vincent has always been immersed in wine culture and gastronomy. He is a former wine teacher at Grains Nobles, one of the most renowned "grandes écoles" of tasting in Paris. He particularly loves the mineral quality of wines from the Loire and Alsace regions, the complexity of Burgundy wines, as well as the timelessness of Bordeaux wines. As a connoisseur of the wines of the world, he is also unstoppable when talking about the charms of Italian grapes, or the diversity of Hungarian wines.
