The University of Chicago Alumni Club of Belgium is happy to invite you to its Venture Capital Roundtable on March 15, 2011 in de Warande in Brussels.

Our speaker is Jurgen Ingels, both entrepreneur as well as venture capitalist and therefore in an excellent position to discuss his views on venture capital from both sides.

Jurgen Ingels is the inventor of the Clear2Pay platform, and founded the company, together with Michel Akkermans. Before founding Clear2Pay, Jurgen worked as Investment Manager with Dexia Ventures, the venture capital division of Dexia Bank. Next to his role at Clear2Pay, he is currently active as business angel and member of the Board at Enqio NV, RiBrain NV and Citymesh NV. He is member of the investment committee of Vinnof (PMV).

Jurgen Ingels holds a degree in political and social sciences, and an MBA from the University of Antwerp. He also has a postgraduate degree in corporate finance.
