Year end is often a great time to reflect, celebrate, and set intentions. But even the most well-made plans for the new year can fall to the wayside in a few short months— sometimes weeks. If this sounds like you, you're not alone. Despite the millennia of evolution, our brains are still not automatically hardwired for happiness.

The good news? We can rewire our brains.

Join us for an exclusive* virtual event featuring Ashish Kothari, MBA '02 to learn more and discover how 5-minute practices can move you beyond stress, anxiety, burnout, and the constant busyness of the modern life.

Why does Happiness matter? You're likley already in tune with the importance of happiness for yourself. Here are some interesting stats about how happiness impacts organizations: an Increase in Profitability by 21%, Productivity by 12%-31%, Creativity 3X, and Employee turnover decreases by 65%.
