Having worked with many of the most innovative companies in the world such as Samsung, PepsiCo, IBM, Intuit and eBay, Clay understands innovation is a function of people, not ideas.
Since shifting focus from "product innovation" to "people innovation", Clay has become an accomplished leadership coach, trainer and speaker focused on helping leaders, teams, and organizations step into their power.
Working for the technology giant Salesforce, Clay spent four years building and managing the company's first coaching practice. He helped over 150 teams and leaders across the globe wake up to their potential and do their best work.
Clay holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Illinois and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
His coaching credentials include: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Organization and Relationship Coaching Certification (ORSC) through the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global), and 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Certification through The Conscious Leadership Group.

Gentzy is an educator, tech executive, and coach. Having spent most of his career in academics as an organizational researcher, he left to join the the start-up world in Chicago and has spent the last 4 years co-creating Uptake, a predictive data analytics software company that was recognized in 2015 as Forbes Hottest New Start Up, and in 2017 became the fastest US startup to reach a $2B valuation.
At Uptake, Gentzy led all culture initiatives, focusing primarily on infusing principles of consciousness into the company's leadership philosophy. His relentless pursuit to make the workplace a generative (instead of depleting) experience fuels his curiosity and inspires the creativity he brings to organizational life.
With a Ph.D. in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Gentzy blends the theoretical and practical in a way that is both intellectually stimulating and endlessly playful.
He has consulted with companies such as Yahoo!, General Electric, and SABIC and is a certified Coach of the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.
Most of all, Gentzy enjoys being a father of 4 exceptional children. They share his love of karaoke, dancing, travel and spicy wings.

Amy is VP of Salesforce Innovation Centers, a program that brings Salesforce experts together with C-suite customers for strategic, interactive conversations that build trust in Salesforce as a partner. She joined Salesforce in 2015 as a leader for Ignite, Salesforce's customer consulting group that pioneers great human experiences to deliver customer innovation and transformation.

Amy has over 20 years of leadership at the forefront of technology, design and business innovation. Prior to Salesforce, she was a management consultant focused on leadership, innovation, and change with clients including Coca-Cola, Intuit, Dell, HP and Gap.

Amy began her career in journalism, where she honed skills in storytelling and communications. She was one of the early senior editors at Time Inc.'s Business 2.0 and also Wired magazine, which grew 1,500% in circulation during her five-year tenure. Amy has a BA from Scripps College in Claremont, CA, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
