Join Gail Luxenberg, '00, and BANC's Founders Gayle Haller, '87, and Judy Maley, '84, for a discussion of the Booth Alumni Nonprofit Consultants and how to get involved. BANC works in the Chicago area to support meaningful social impact with pro bono consulting that leverages the unique business strategy and management expertise of Booth alumni. Founded in 2015 BANC volunteers have completed over 24 projects worth over $3M and over 300 alum have applied to participate. Learn about who volunteers, the type of projects BANC that have received services and the role of volunteers.
BANC is a Chicago Booth initiative collaboratively developed and supported by the Dean, the Office of Alumni Relations and the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation.

GLuxenberg Nonprofit Consulting
Gail's zoom sessions on finding meaning in work and life have attracted hundreds of participants throughout the pandemic. Gail is an Executive Recruiter at Tuft & Associates and spent her earlier career leading large nonprofits in Chicago, Atlanta and Seattle. She is a University of Chicago Alum (AB '79 and MBA '00). She serves on the Board of the Chicago Booth Alumni Club, volunteers with the Fellows program and at BANC and is on the finance and talent committees at Thresholds.

Gayle was SVP for the National Executive Service Corps managing clients and providing management consulting services to the nonprofit community. Before joining NESC she served in a variety of positions at Motorola. She received a BS in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Chicago

In addition to her BANC commitments, Judy consults in philanthropy and leadership She has served as Secretary of the Board at Thresholds and is on the Advisory Board of the Rustandy Center. She was awarded the Volunteer Illinois award for Outstanding Volunteer Administrator for her work at Metropolitan Family Services. She consulted with Baxter, and worked at Sara Lee and Eli Lilly. She earned her MBA at Booth and BA from Northwestern
