We all know inclusive leadership is an increasingly important skill in the business world. But before you can be a truly inclusive leader, it's important to take the time to reflect on yourself in the context of diversity, equity and inclusion. This can be a daunting task, which is why we've created this reflection series.

Join the alumni community for a series of facilitated discussions on inclusive leadership led by former LEAD Facils. LEAD is the Leadership Effectiveness and Development program by Davis Center to strengthen Booth students to develop their leadership skills. Guided by the prompts in Layla Saad's bestselling book "Me and White Supremacy", groups will virtually meet every other week to reflect on the readings and topics of diversity, equity and inclusion.

*Book "Me and White Supremacy" is free for Amazon Prime members on Kindle, and is also available at Chicago Public Library in the format of hard copy, eBook, and Audiobook.
