Event Details

During this interactive conversation, we're going to focus on creating awareness around your own inclusive or exclusive behaviors. Through a series of explorations, Carolyn Ou, Director of Leadership Initiatives at the Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership, will help you look at some of the beliefs and biases that may guide, drive, and possibly limit your decision-making. And more importantly, we'll identify a few simple actions you can take towards becoming a more inclusive and effective leader.

Chicago Booth Advancement is proud to present this event inspired by the Full-Time Class of 2020 Class Gift Campaign. Thank you to our newest generation of alumni for your dedication to educating and empowering the Booth community on topics of diversity, equity and inclusion.
