The Chicago Booth Alumni Club of San Francisco Bay Area proudly presents a new virtual event series: The Impact of COVID-19 on companies, businesses and the economy.
Event Details
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted wide range of industries and every job function. Our work, workforce (and families), customers and the local economies have all been impacted.
Chicago Booth alumni will come together in a series of fireside chat / panel discussion and share their insights on this topic.
In this inaugural panel conversation, we will feature alumni who work in some of the leading organizations across different industries: financial services, technology, energy, and consulting.
We will hear from our alumni about how the pandemic has impacted their companies, customers, workforces and partners. We'll also discuss what steps they've taken to adapt to this "new normal" and what measures they plan on taking in the coming days.
Our panelists are:
Bruce Barton, '91
Gurinder Dhillon, '03
Justin Martin, '05
Bharat Kapoor, '10
Our moderator and the San Francisco Bay Area club president Ajay Manglani, '13, will be taking questions from the audience. Attendees will be able to submit questions beforehand or via the Q&A feature.
