Professor Pagliari is joining the Chicago GSB after having spent the past ten years at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, where he taught numerous real estate classes and was the Associate Director of the Real Estate Program. Professor Pagliari has published widely in the area of institutional real estate investments. He has been a member of the editorial board of various journals, including the Journal of Real Estate Research and the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management. Professor Pagliari has also been a real estate practitioner for over 20 years. His involvement in the real estate industry has included debt and equity placement, residential development, the acting general partner in various syndicated partnerships, and consulting to real estate investment advisory firms. We are excited to have Professor Pagliari join our faculty and expand the real estate initiatives at the GSB.
