#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. The workshop is designed to highlight the importance of self promotion in your career and provide you with the tools to practice this skill.

Expand your network and find out about the types of roles and opportunities to suit your skill-set and experience. We've invited executive search firms such as Forsyth Group, FreshMinds and Sapphire Partners to represent a variety of industry sectors and there will be an opportunity to submit your CV to search firms ahead of the event.

Discussion: The Board Game: How Smart Women Become Corporate Directors
Panelists Eileen Kamerick and Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire will explore boardroom diversity and discuss actions to improve gender balance. They will also share advice on building your personal brand, utilising your network and making the transition from executive to board member.
Eileen Kamerick earned her MBA and her law doctorate degree from The University of Chicago. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellow and an SEC financial expert. She currently serves as a Board Member for three NYSE corporations and one LSE corporation.
Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire is the CEO of 2020 Women On Boards, President and Co-Founder of Berkhemer Clayton Retained Executive Search and author of The Board Game: How Smart Women Become Corporate Directors.

Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire (Speaker)
CEO, 2020 Women on Boards
Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire is CEO of 2020 Women on Boards, the premier global education and advocacy campaign
committed to increasing the number of women directors on public company boards of directors. She is the author of two
books on the topic, "The Board Game: How Smart Women Become Corporate Directors" and "Winning the Board Game:
How Women Directors Make the Difference." Both books offer real-world guidelines and profiles of current women corporate
directors for helping women seek board positions as their ultimate career goal.
As a statewide board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners- California (NAWBO-CA), Betsy led NAWBO-CA's successful campaign to secure passage of SB826, effective January 2019, the first and only law in the U.S. requiring every public company in California to have at least three women board members before year-end 2021. She previously volunteered on the boards of the Southern California Leadership Network and UCLA Medical Center, and the consumer advisory board for SoCal Edison.
For 26 years, Betsy has been CEO and owner of Berkhemer Clayton, Inc., a retained executive search firm based in Los Angeles that specializes in senior- and C-level placements at corporations, universities and nonprofit organizations. Her firm is distinguished for commitment to advancing gender and ethnic diversity on corporate boards and in senior management positions throughout the country, with 44% of placed management candidates women and 36 percent men and women of color.
Before founding Berkhemer Clayton with Fred Clayton, Betsy built and sold one of the largest independent public relations firms in Southern California. Betsy is a UCLA graduate and lives in the Little Tokyo Historic District of Los Angeles. The 2020WOB and Berkhemer Clayton offices are located in Downtown Los Angeles.

Eileen A. Kamerick, JD'84, MBA'93 (Speaker)
Ms. Kamerick consults and lectures on corporate governance and compliance matters and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. She previously served as CFO of such leading companies as BP Amoco Americas, Leo Burnett, Heidrick & Struggles, and Houlihan Lokey.
She began her career as a lawyer at the law firm of Skadden Arps and she holds a JD and an MBA, with honors, in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago. She graduated summa cum laude from Boston College and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Associated Banc-Corp, AIG Funds, Hochschild Mining, plc, and 23 closed end Legg Mason mutual funds. She served on the Board of Directors for ServiceMaster and IRI before both companies were purchased by private equity firms. She qualifies as an SEC financial expert. She was profiled as a "Director to Watch" by Directors and Boards Magazine.
In addition to her corporate board roles, she serves on the boards of the Eckerd Connects, a national child welfare charity, Christ the King Jesuit High School, a Cristo Rey Network High School, and the Children's Radio Foundation. She is a lecturer at The University of Chicago Law School and Georgetown University Law Center.
