Event Details

Branding yourself begins with getting in touch with your personal "who"--what it is that you enjoy doing and what that means about the types of positions that you should seek,  within or outside of your company.

Once you know what you really want do, it's time to brand yourself so that others--those making hiring decisions and those within your network who can act as advocates--see you as an ideal candidate that stands apart in the ways that matter most.

At this Spring Summit we will tackle both of these opportunities with two expert speakers who will give you the ins and outs of personal branding and insights into how to get more joy out of your work day too. There will be a group presentation and discussion and time to chat one-on-one with the presenters afterwards.

Speaker Profiles

Gerald Mosely (Speaker)
Founder and President, CP&P Development

Gerald is an accomplished Fortune 500 leader, now advising the C-suite, rising executives, and high-value teams. He takes a hands-on approach to elevating individual and group performance, drawing on over 25 years of US and global leadership roles in marketing, sales, and general management. Simply put, Gerald says that his goal is to "help people have good weekends," which is where getting in touch with their "who" comes in. His philosophy is that when you find a job that you truly enjoy, you will look forward to Monday mornings rather than be filled with dread on Sunday nights.

Cindy Machles (Speaker) '82
Founder and CEO, Glue Advertising and Public Relations

Cindy is a CPG-trained marketer and Booth graduate who began her career at Clorox and Johnson & Johnson before moving over to the agency side. While at WPP, she launched BrandEdge, a branding firm that she envisioned and built from the ground up. She is now co-founder and CEO of Glue Advertising and Public Relations and a frequent CP&P collaborator,  providing personal branding support to executives coached by Gerald and his team. Cindy is a past board member of Chicago Booth Women's Network, a current member of the Booth NYC Alumni Board, a founding steering committee member of Chicago Booth Angels Network, and an East Coast co-chair for this year's ANVC.
