Identifying attractive opportunities is a core entrepreneurial talent, and "a prophet without honor in his own land" can be driven to seek greener pastures. But sometimes it can be easy to overlook the potential in your own backyard. That is most likely with second order effects, when context is evolving favorably but the way it can best be used a matter of choosing between any number of possibilities.
This month, ER will focus on a local community's strong commitment to position itself as a regional technology and innovation leader to benefit both its people and businesses. We'll hear the City of Aurora's Chief Information Officer discuss how he's applying his extensive private sector experience to systematically implement the mandate to serve as an urban development hub. Come to learn how your company could be part of this public/private partnership.
