Part 1: Marketing Yourself for Advancement
In this half hour interactive session, we will talk about applying the functional elements of marketing to yourself. Learn how to use market analysis (customer, competition, company), and the marketing mix (product strategy, pricing, advertising and promotion, and distribution) to planning and advancing your career. In addition, we'll look at what might have changed since you were getting your first job after b-school, and how to present yourself when you're looking for advancement v. getting in the door.

Kathi is a true global nomad, born and raised in the Amazon jungle of Peru. Since completing the fulltime MBA program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (1996), Kathi has travelled the world, living in eight countries over the course of her career in talent management, leadership development, and Human Resources management. Kathi is a coach and facilitator, committed to enabling individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. She has worked with individuals and teams at all levels in companies as such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Cummins, Eaton, and Honeywell. She is also the mother of twin five-year old daughters, daily balancing her work with motherhood, ongoing development, and the annual harvest of over 70 olive plants in the hills southeast of Rome
