Karine is a Senior Audit Partner with Deloitte Switzerland. She leads Deloitte Private in Switzerland and is a member of the Swiss Executive team. She has numerous years of experience performing advisory services, as well as leading global audit engagements. She has not only been serving major Swiss listed companies and international groups, but as well family businesses and start ups. Her experience encompasses working with companies operating shared service centers, financial reorganization projects, advisory services as well as bond issuances. She specialises in the Consumer Business industry. 

Karine is the Fashion & Luxury Country Leader and the watch sector is one of her primary focuses, being co-author of the Deloitte's Swiss watch industry studies issued in the last six years, as well as contributor to the Global Power of Luxury studies issued annually. 

Karine is the Lead Client Service Partner for a major Luxury House in Switzerland and she has audited numerous Fashion and Luxury companies.
Next to her client related work, Karine is part of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and the Career Women's Forum, as well as an American Swiss Foundation Young Leader Alumni. She is a Swiss Certified Accountant and Licenced Audit Expert with the Federal Audit Oversight Authority.

At Swarovski's HQ, Nicola heads the global finance & procurement functions including treasury, investments, tax&customs, risk & insurance, m&a and procurement. Prior to joining Swarovski, Nicola worked for PWC as a management consultant. Prior to PWC, Nicola worked in banking for Credit Suisse and was a football player. Nicola holds an BA from the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Nicola's passions evolve particularly in sports (football, golf, cycling, skiing, x-country skiing), when discovering the planet and when dining with family & friends.
