We'll answer questions, such as what is marketing? How is it different from sales? How do marketing and sales work together? When should a business do marketing? And who should do it? What channels should you activate? And how do you know if it's working? We'll also cover the breadth of marketing tactics, and how they should be deployed. Ms. Harris is the Clio Award-winning founder and CEO of marketing agency M. Harris & Co., whose clients range from startups to a multi-billion dollar global investment firm. She previously was a Pulitzer Prize-nominated business columnist at the Chicago Tribune and vice president of marketing at real estate private equity firm Origin Investments.
