About the Center for Decision Research's Think Better Series
The Think Better series explores how insights from behavioral science affect society, shape policy, impact business, and improve individual lives. The topics are relevant to anyone interested in understanding why people think, judge, choose, and act as they do. We invite a broad audience of graduate students, alumni, and friends of the University of Chicago who want to become wiser about their fellow human beings and who want to learn from leading behavioral scientists in academia, business, and government.

About the Center for Decision Research
The Center for Decision Research is devoted to the study of how individuals form judgments and make decisions. Researchers at the center examine the processes by which intuition, reasoning, and social interaction produce beliefs, judgments, and choices. Understanding how and why people make decisions has important applications in a range of contexts, including management, marketing, finance, and public policy.

About the PIMCO Decision Research Labs
The PIMCO Decision Research Laboratories at Chicago Booth's Center for Decision Research provide researchers with innovative resources and facilities to conduct high-impact behavioral science experiments that lead to new discoveries about decision-making. The PIMCO Decision Research Laboratories contribute to a better understanding of how individuals behave in society and yield insights that help impact businesses, guide policymaking, and improve the lives of individuals.
