Mr. Andrew Skrilow serves as a Vice President at GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd. Before joining GIC Special Investments in 2011, Mr. Skrilow was an associate at AEA Investors as part of their mid-market LBO fund, which he joined in 2007. Prior thereto, he was an analyst at JPMorgan Chase investment banking group. Mr. Skrilow received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was a Siebel Scholar and graduated with distinction as a Wallman Scholar, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a University Scholar and graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Skrilow currently serves as a board member for Ancestry.com and PetSmart, Inc., and as an observer on the board of Kronos Incorporated.

Jason K. Cordon (Panelist)

Mr. Cordon is a Principal at Sixty-West and is an expert in tax incentive, real estate investing. Sixty-West has leveraged its expertise in the use of tax credits and related incentives to bring real estate directly to investors. Sixty West Funds now draws upon this development and tax-based experience to offer certain qualified investors with capital gain events the ability to defer, and partially exclude, tax liability through strategic investment in newly designated Opportunity Zones.

Prior to Sixty-West, Mr. Cordon co-founded Kowan & Cordon, LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in federal, state, and international tax; private equity; and business planning. Prior to Kowan, he was a Partner at Atlanta based Morris, Manning & Martin and before that was an Associate at Paul Hastings.

Mr. Cordon graduated summa cum laude from Campbell University with a bachelor's degree in accounting in 2000, and cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 2003. He also passed the CPA exam in 2001.

John Larkin (Panelist)

Mr. Larkin is responsible for the overall direction of the Avenue Impact Team. He sits on the Fund's investment committee assisting in the strategic direction, sourcing of key relationships, and advising on investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Larkin was Head of Alternative Investments - Americas at Deutsche Bank where he managed the private asset platform which included private equity, hedge funds and real estate investments. While at Deutsche Bank, he served as a board member to various investment funds with fiduciary oversight and as a speaker on the topic of climate change. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Larkin was Head of Private Investments within Merrill Lynch and later Co-Head of Third Party Alternative Investments at Citigroup. Mr. Larkin currently serves on the board of Cogent Energy Systems and previously as a board member of North American Biofuels Co and advisor to Amelio Solar. These firms focused on innovative technology in the cleantech sector where he has been an avid personal investor and spokesman for the past 15 years.
Mr. Larkin is a retired Navy Commander/Pilot and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (1984) where he currently serves on the Tuchman School of Management advisory board.

Kyle Welborn (Panelist)

Mr. Welborn is a Managing Director at the Yield Lab, an AgTech focused venture firm co-founded by Cultivation. He is also a co-founder and Partner at Cultivation Capital where he manages the operations team. Mr. Welborn's board service includes Label Insight.

Prior to Cultivation, He founded a St. Louis-based angel investment group that focused on financial services technology start-ups called FinServe Tech Angels. From 2007 – 2008, he served as an analyst at the I2A Fund, a Chicago-based $10 million venture capital fund that made seed stage investments in startups across the Midwest. Mr. Welborn graduated from Loyola University Chicago where he studied political science.

Kanan Joshi is an Executive Director at Upper Bay Infrastructure Partners, a diversified infrastructure fund. Her role at Upper Bay is to originate and underwrite private equity investments in telecom and internet infrastructure. She is an experienced investment professional with over 15 years of domain expertise in the telecom infrastructure industry with strong deal origination relationships and underwriting skills.

Kanan was most recently a principal at Digital Bridge Holdings, where she spearheaded its foray into the data center business deploying approximately $1.0 billion of equity and nearly $2.0 billion of total capital across two platform acquisitions. Prior to Digital Bridge, she did investment banking at Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and a boutique that she co-founded where she advised companies in the technology, media and telecom industries on corporate finance solutions, including executing of over $60 billion of M&A and capital raising transactions. Preceding her tenure in investment banking, she worked in India for six years doing corporate development for Sony Entertainment Television and project finance at the Export-Import Bank of India.

She has a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute, Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business.
