Leading the conversation are Booth alumnae Mary Hannes and Renee Clair.

Mary Hannes is 2002 graduate of the weekend program at Booth. Most recently, she spent 6 years at McKinsey where she was accountable for a team of analytics specialists delivering a product portfolio of advanced analytic stools designed to help healthcare insurers and providers improve their market and financial results. Prior to her time at McKinsey, she spent almost 10 years at Assurant Health with leadership roles in Strategic Development, Customer Retention and P&L management with focus on developing new products, implementing programs to reduce customer attrition and leading strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.Mary resides in Delafield with her husband and two daughters and enjoys boating, cooking and time with family.

Renee Clair is a Global Energy & Sustainability Program Manager for Johnson Controls' Building Technologies and Solutions business. She manages global energy and sustainability thought-leadership programs and maintains relationships with key trade associations, non-governmental organizations and other program partners. In addition, Renee works with the global product teams at Johnson Controls to identify, track, coordinate and drive key policy, regulatory, and technical advocacy priorities. Renee joined Johnson Controls in 2002 as an Associate Marketing Manager and has held various marketing and strategy roles. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, she worked as a consultant in Computer Science Corporation's Supply Chain Solutions practice. Renee holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
