For complete access to this program, you will need to join the online meeting:
To join the webinar presentation:
1. Go to Webex.
2. Enter your first and last name and email address.
3. Click Enter Lobby.
*Participants may join a meeting 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you connect earlier than that time you may not see the correct date and time.
To join the audio conference, you have three options:
Have the Webex call your phone:
1. Under Connect to Audio, click More.
2. Click Call Me.
3. Enter your phone number and click Call Me.
4. Follow the audio instructions on the phone to join the meeting.
5. Place your phone on mute.
Dial into the Webex on your phone:
1. Dial: (866) 282-7366.
2. Enter Access Code: 929509265#.
3. If prompted for an Attendee ID, press 3#.
4. Place your phone on mute.
Use the audio on your computer:
1. Under Connect to Audio, click More.
2. Click Call Using Computer.
3. Enter Access Code: 929509265#.
4. Place your computer on mute.
If you have the Webex App, you can also use the VoIP (Voice over Intranet Protocol) audio feature in WebEx by selecting Connect using Internet when prompted.
