Event Details

The sharing economy is transforming commercial real estate with co-working and co-living. Smart cities are being planned across the globe and are expected to completely re-wire residential environments. Rapid changes require both a focus on the future and learning from past mistakes. Our speakers' forward thinking will provide fresh perspective on this trend.

Developments discussed will include the new Quarters building, in the Fulton Market District of Chicago. Caton has similar projects nationwide with the Medici Group, of Berlin, Germany. It represents many commercial, industrial, and developable land sites across the western suburbs. Clients include tenants, landlords, developers, and real estate investors.
