We'll be sampling their latest spirits, tasting light appetizers and enjoying the last days of summer. The owners will be providing short tours of the distillery throughout the evening, showcasing how locally grown Colorado rye and barley are transformed into craft whiskey, vodka and other spirits. Each ticket includes food and two drinks (beer, wine or a cocktail) or choose a sample flight of their spirits for a tasting.
