Richard Freeman is a Senior Director, Wealth Advisor at Round Table Wealth
Management. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and has over 30 years of experience working with high net worth individuals in a wide variety of disciplines. Rich focuses on the Baby Boom generation and planning to ensure that they meet their financial goals throughout retirement.
Rich has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Prior to joining Round Table, Rich held positions with several large private banks as well as a "Big 4" accounting firm. His professional writing has been published in Trusts and Estates Magazine and the New York State Society of CPA's Journal and he has been quoted in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
Rich is active with Fairfield County's Community Foundation. He is on the Center for Nonprofit Excellence Advisory Council and on the Executive Committee of the Professional Advisor Council. He is a Board Member of Norwalk Grassroots Tennis, an organization that helps underprivileged children. He is a former President of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County.

Steven Giacona is the Chief Executive Officer and managing partner of Round Table Wealth Management.He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and has over 25 years of experience in advising individuals, families and trustees on complex tax and investment matters.His responsibilities includemanaging client relationships,developing risk-based asset allocation models,researching and advising on public and private investments,designing business, estate and income tax transactions,overseeing the selection of the firm'sinvestment managers, custodians and related due diligence,and managing the firm's growth.
Steven holds a B.S. in Accounting from Marist College and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University. Prior to founding Round Table in 1999, he was a senior officerat a large private bank in New York City. A Certified Public Accountant, he began his career in the tax department at a "Big 4" accounting firm, specializing in personal financial services. Mr. Giacona serves on several Not-For-Profit boards and is engaged in industry events.

Robert Davis, partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Round Table Wealth Management, has been with the firm since 2006.Bob is the chairmanof the firm's Investment Committee and his responsibilities includethe development, review and analysis of investment strategies,portfolio and risk management,asset allocation,manager selection and due diligence,and product review.
Bob has both a B.A. And M.B.A. From Southern Methodist University and has over 20years of experience in the financial industry.Prior to joining Round Table, Bob served as vice president of a single family office with over $1 billion in assets, where he was responsible for investments in both traditional and alternative asset classes.He began his career at a New York-based boutique investment bank.Bob holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Greenwich Round Table.
Matthew Smith (Speaker)

Matthew E. Smith is an associate in the firm's Private Client Services Department. Matt advises clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate litigation. His estate planning practice focuses on assisting individuals and families with practical estate, gift and tax planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts. Matt earned his undergraduate degree in applied mathematics from Harvard University and his J.D. from Columbia University Law School. Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Matt was a litigation associate for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and prior to attending law school he was a high school mathematics teacher in Hawaii. Matt is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. Matt lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife, Jess, and their young children.
