Food Network editor Elizabeth Winter, Barnard ’97, will be hosting the event and leading a discussion on the farm-to-table trend that is a hallmark of this critically acclaimed restaurant, located next to the new Guthrie Theater in downtown Minneapolis. Paul Hugunin, Coordinator of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture's Minnesota Grown project, will also join us to talk about the fun and benefits of shopping locally and supporting local farms.
