Most companies actively seek ways to create a workplace environment based on both diversity and parity. As MBA's in all the various stages of a career and covering all functions of business, the single best thing we can do to help one another influence that workplace environment is to strengthen our network through engagement. A strong, connected, black alumni community can provide tailored resources to its members around mentorship, sponsorship, entrepreneurship, and so much more. CBAA leadership wants to hear from you to help "Pay it Forward" within the greater community. What types of programming interest you? What burning, passion projects would you like to bring to the table. What areas would you like to take the lead in? We have open committee and advisory positions that need your vision and energy. Join us!
