Want to enjoy a rollicking conversation with two of our food and drink scene's biggest luminaries, complete with excellent beverages and snacks? Join us Sunday, March 26th for a discussion of all things food related in Seattle. The Booth alumni group is proud to host an excellent panel on restaurants, dining and food trends in our fair city.

Our panel with be moderated by Allecia Vermillion, the Food and Drink Editor at Seattle Met Magazine with guests Ethan Stowell and Rachel Marshall.

Ethan is the head of Ethan Stowell Restaurants which deliver some of the most exciting Italian food to be had in the city, from sophisticated tasting menus to kid-friendly pizza. With thirteen restaurants spread across many neighborhoods, you are sure to find a place that feels like home.

Rachel is famous for her Ginger Beer. Starting her empire in famer's markets around the city, RGB now has locations in both Seattle and Portland, as well as nationwide shipping and a fan base to match. She's also the driving force behind such crowd-pleasing establishments as Montana and Nacho Borracho.
