Lawrence Harris is a private investor. Previously, he spent 25 years as an equity analyst. He worked for a number of investment banks and research firms, including Kemper Securities, Bear Stearns, and Oppenheimer. He was twice named by The Wall Street Journal as one of the Best on the Street analysts for stock selection in Communications Technology. The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Financial Times, Aviation Week & Space Technology, Barron's, Fortune, and BusinessWeek have cited his investment views. He has also appeared on CNBC, CNN, and Bloomberg Television. He has spoken at a number of public forums, including the UCLA Business Forecasting Conference and the annual UCLA Wireless Internet for Mobile Enterprise Consortium. Mr. Harris has also worked for AT&T, Rockwell International, and Arthur D. Little. He earned an AB in Economics from Lafayette College in 1976 and an MBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1978. In 2016, he completed The Oxford Chicago Valuation Programme and earned an Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
