Event Details
Al Ritter will present the major themes of his new book, Life is a Paradox, sub-titled Counter-Intuitive Secrets to Personal & Professional Effectiveness. The book stems primarily from Al’s extensive experience as a management consultant and the counter-intuitive nature of the most important lessons in business and life. Each of the ten chapters covers an important paradox.
In the March 26th Consulting Roundtable, Al will cover each chapter, highlighting those which relate most directly to our work as consultants, leaders and business people. Al will discuss ten critically important behaviors which most people don’t know—because they are paradoxical---and how to implement those behaviors for success and satisfaction.
Al will also address the application of these ideas to the effective handling of the current economic downturn.
