As a management consultant, professional speaker, and best-selling author, for over two decades Al has advised thousands of leaders globally on combining the drive for achievement with emotional intelligence for substantial, sustainable results and large scale organizational change. Prior to his current firm, his career included C-and senior-level roles at Accenture, Citigroup, Swift & Co. and PepsiCo. A two-sport college athlete and ongoing competitor in triathlons, Al earned his BA in Economics from U Connecticut and MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School.
