This Back to Booth session will include topics covered in the recently introduced MBA course of the same name, designed to take students to the next level beyond Strategies and Processes Negotiation. This session will enhance your ability to deal with difficult negotiators and difficult negotiations by taking you through a set of negotiation exercises that are more complex and more authentic than the ones you have previously seen. The exercises will include: dynamic negotiations, complex deal structuring negotiations, sustaining negotiated value, and negotiations that require coordination of internal and external parties.
