Hotel Information
The deadline to reserve a hotel room is Tuesday, October 16!
A block of rooms has been reserved at the beautiful Conrad Chicago Hotel (this is NOT the old Conrad Hilton overlooking Grant Park). The hotel is north of the Chicago River across from the Gleacher Center. You can access the hotel from either 521 North Rush Street or 520 North Michigan Avenue (through the Westfield North Bridge/Nordstrom Mall). The special rate is $215.00 (+ tax) per night.
Conference participants must make their own room reservations no later than Tuesday, October 16. Participants will be reimbursed for one night’s room and tax.

Telephone the hotel directly at 1.312.645.1500. Specify the Social Organization Conference, group code UNI, to receive the correct rate. Please hold the room on your credit card.

To Receive Reimbursement Following The Conference
- The conference will reimburse room and tax for one night. Please note we cannot reimburse incidentals or room service. The special rate is available from November 8 through November 11 for those who wish to extend their stay.
- Obtain a “zero-balance"? bill upon check-out that shows your name the amount you paid
- Within 30 days following the conference (no later than Friday, December 7) complete, print and sign the travel expense voucher and mail it with your original zero-balance bill, to:
