Dean's Letter

To the Chicago Booth community:

I am pleased to announce that the inaugural RECONNECT weekend has been scheduled for May 17 and 18, 2013. Please mark your calendars. I encourage all alumni, no matter where you call home, to attend this new annual event, which is designed to re-immerse you into the atmosphere that helped shape your time at Booth and your subsequent careers.

Following recommendations issued by the Alumni and External Relations Committee, we have combined our class reunions, Alumni Celebration, and Management Conference into RECONNECT, a single, weekend-long program of activities. Our goal in folding these three events together is to evoke your experience as a Booth student while providing meaningful opportunities for you to make new connections, reawaken past friendships, engage in debate about current economic issues, and, perhaps most importantly, learn something new.

I look forward to seeing you in Chicago in May.
