Undergraduate school/major: I attended Queens College of the City University of New York, majoring in economics and anthropology.
Prior to Booth: After graduating in 2006, I worked as a project manager for a residential real estate operator in Miami, Florida. I returned to New York City in 2007 and joined Macy's Corporate Finance team until 2010, when I joined a retail REIT that was eventually acquired by a private equity firm.
Concentrations: Accounting and finance.
Activities: Co-chair of the Hispanic American Business Student Association and the Real Estate Group.
Career plans: I'm recruiting for real estate finance opportunities.
Why did you choose Chicago Booth? I was initially impressed by the strength of the academic program, but once I visited, I realized that Booth was more than just a great school; it is a fantastic community that inspires its students to reach beyond their own expectations.
