Booth was my school of choice because I was confident that the emphasis on rigorous analytics and a flexible yet balanced curriculum that would enable me to choose electives customized to my personal goals. A par-excellence career service team, which is known to build bridges tailored to its students' goals, and a small class-size, which ensures a personalized experience. Path-breaking initiatives, such as LEAD and IMBA, which highlight the emphasis on leadership and increasing global collaboration at Booth, along with its conscious usage of varied teaching methodologies, such as lectures, case studies and team-projects, also motivated me to be a part of this elite institution. Finally, Booth's strong reputation and brand-name with the most qualified set of instructors and academicians.
Use three adjectives to describe your experience at Chicago Booth: Phenomenal, life-changing, and supportive.
What do you consider a "must visit" place or "must do" activity in Chicago? I feel that no place provides such an amazing blend of past and present as Chicago! From the Gothic structures to the amazing sky-scrapers, Indian curry to Lebanese shawarma, trolley cars to boat cruises, Chicago Theater to crazy bars and clubs, Chicago has it all! A must-do activity is the Cider Mill trip and the Halloween parties that one must see to believe.
Ask me about...: How someone from a very non-traditional background can absolutely thrive in the collaborative environment at Chicago Booth.
