A Collaborative Learning Environment

Our collaborative culture starts in the classroom, where you’ll be challenged and championed by peers and faculty who share your passion for learning. In group assignments and lively classroom debate, you’ll engage with professionals from a broad range of industries and backgrounds who will empower you to think boldly.

Study Groups
At your home campus, you’ll meet regularly with a study group of four to six classmates chosen for their diversity of background, job function, and industry. During international session weeks, you’ll join a different study group that brings together classmates from all three campuses. Study groups serve as both an academic support system and a chance to incorporate new perspectives into your business tool kit.

International Sessions
No matter which of our global campuses you choose as your home base, you’ll spend five weeks with students from all three locations. First-year Executive MBA students begin the program together in Chicago during Kick-Off Week, followed by international session weeks at our London and Hong Kong campuses. You will gather with the entire Executive MBA global cohort again for Electives Weeks in Chicago, during your second year. Along the way, you’ll explore new cultures, expand your network, and develop a broader point of view.
