Membership
GWB membership is a one-time payment of $50. Membership provides you with discounted admission to GWB events, special offers, and our mentor program while you are a student at Chicago Booth.

- Graduate Women in Business Network – A one-time payment of $50 provides you more than just membership; it also ushers you into a group where you can form bonds that last significantly past your last quarter at Chicago Booth. Industry surveys proclaim that the benefits of networking include opportunities to develop skills, reputation, information and support – the GWB gives you the opportunity to join an organization that boasts almost 200 past and present members that may well form the start of a life-long network.
- Mentoring – The GWB’s members-only mentoring program encourages you to grow by learning from women with more lateral or vertical experience than you have and also allow you to in turn be a mentor to other members; be it in course‑work, business or in life outside of work.
- Discounted events – On average, the membership fee pays for itself once you have attended only 3 GWB events as a member. GWB hosts events ranging from wine tastings to career-enhancing luncheons and your membership serves as a pass to attending these popular events at a lower admission price than that available to non-GWB members.
- Affiliations – The GWB has strong affiliations with other student organizations in the part-time and full-time Chicago Booth communities and often co-hosts events with these organizations. Externally, the GWB is a member of the National Association of Women MBA (NAWMBA); your paid GWB membership thus makes you a member of NAWMBA as well and ensures your eligibility for the organization’s newsletters, career center services and conferences.
