Transcripts

You must submit a transcript from every university, college or graduate institution you have attended. School transcripts may be self-reported via the online application.

• If admitted, applicants must send official transcripts to the Evening MBA and Weekend MBA program office for verification. The offer of admission is conditional upon your official transcripts being received and verified.
• When requesting transcripts from your undergraduate and/or graduate institutions, use the transcript request form included in the online application and follow the instructions provided.

Chicago Booth School of Business reserves the right to review the academic records of all applicants and determine whether the academic credentials presented from a non-U.S. institution qualify for consideration. All degrees must be from an institution recognized by the country’s department or ministry of education.
