Transcripts

You must submit a transcript from every university, college, or graduate institution you have attended. School transcripts may be self-reported via the online application.

• If admitted, applicants must send official transcripts to the Evening MBA and Weekend MBA Programs office for verification. The offer of admission is conditional upon your official transcripts being received and verified.

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business reserves the right to review the academic records of all applicants and determine whether the academic credentials presented from a non-U.S. institution qualify for consideration. All degrees must be from an institution recognized by the country’s department or ministry of education.
