The Evening MBA Program admits new students four times a year, for the autumn, winter, spring, and summer quarters. The application is available nine months prior to the deadline. Application review is on a rolling basis and therefore the application can be submitted prior to the deadline and will be reviewed prior to the deadline.

The Weekend MBA Program admits new students in the autumn quarter only. The application is available nine months prior to the deadline. Application review is on a rolling basis and therefore the application can be submitted prior to the deadline and will be reviewed prior to the deadline.

Chicago Business Fellows, a subset of the Evening MBA Program that targets individuals with zero to three years of post-undergraduate work experience, are admitted in the autumn quarter only. Applications are not reviewed on a rolling basis.

Here's an overview of the application process:

• Application - It is required that you use our online application and provide supporting materials according to the following deadlines. We strongly suggest you register with the online system to receive emails about events and the application process.

• Interviews - Interviews are required of all applicants to the Evening MBA and Weekend MBA programs and can be conducted after the application deadline. Admissions interviews are conducted by the Admissions Committee, comprised of Chicago Booth staff, students, and alumni, and are held at Gleacher Center, our downtown campus. All interviews, regardless of who conducts them, receive equal weight in the evaluation process. 
  
  Our office will contact you to schedule an interview once your application has been received. Interviews are conducted on weekdays at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m., as well as mornings and early afternoons on Super Saturdays around our application deadlines. Super Saturday interview dates for 2012 are as follows:

  • Saturday, February 11
  • Saturday, March 3
  • Saturday, April 21
  • Saturday, May 5
  • Saturday, June 2
  • Saturday, July 7
  • Saturday, October 13

• Decisions - All decisions are released through the online application system under the "Application Status" section.

Application Deadlines

Application review is on a rolling basis and therefore the application can be submitted prior to the deadline and will be reviewed prior to the deadline. The dates below are the final deadlines for each program. Your application must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT/Chicago time on the day of the deadline in order to be considered for an application round. This includes receipt of all online and mailed-in materials. Applications submitted after a deadline will not be considered for that quarter.
