Format

Whether you choose the Evening MBA or Weekend MBA program, students on average complete their degrees in 2.5 to 3 years. If a student takes two classes consistently every quarter, the program can be completed in 2.5 years.

However, many of our students take a quarter or two off due to a busy work or home schedule. That’s no problem as you have up to 5 years to complete the program.

Option to Take Classes in other Program

If your schedule permits, students have the option to take classes in the Evening MBA, Weekend MBA or Full-time MBA program.

Six Free Classes

Chicago Booth believes learning is a lifelong endeavor and Chicago Booth has two programs that facilitate this by offering up to six free classes to our students and alumni. The Take 3 Program allows current students to take up to three free classes before they graduate. All graduation requirements must be complete. Students use this program to complete concentrations or prepare for a career transition. Alumni are also invited to take up to three free classes through the Alumni Post-Graduate Course Offerings. As alumni are promoted or change careers these classes provide an opportunity to brush up on a relevant topic.

EVENING MBA PROGRAM

In the Evening MBA Program, each class meets one evening a week from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Each quarter is eleven weeks.

In the Weekend MBA Program, classes meet every Saturday for eleven weeks. Classes meet either from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
