Kenneth Crews, ’74, vice chairman and senior banker for mergers and acquisitions at UBS, was the keynote speaker at the Investment Banking Group’s fall conference on October 29 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Addressing Chicago GSB students over breakfast, Crews offered these words of advice: First, live your life with passion and bring your mind along. Second, have a life outside of business.
Crews’s merger and acquisition expertise includes the $9 billion merger of Halliburton Company and Dresser Industries and the $9.4 billion acquisition of Scott Paper Company by Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Crews is a member of the Council on the Graduate School of Business.
