Building Cross-Border Businesses

National borders no longer confine the growth aspirations of business ventures. Even the smallest of companies can have operations, partnerships and a customer base that are global in reach. This panel will highlight GSB alumni that are adept at managing in the global arena. Topics that will be explored include managing a global workforce, insuring product and service quality, establishing partnerships and joint ventures and understanding differences in culture and business environments.
