Maggie S. Coleman

Director, M & A Advisory Services

Maggie is a Director of the M&A Advisory Services group, a division of Staubach Capital Markets. She is responsible for providing investment market expertise and transactional guidance to clients of Staubach Capital Markets. Specializing in real estate structured financial and investment banking, Maggie delivers real estate expertise and strategies to middle market private equity sponsors, hedge funds, asset managers, and investment banks. In the last 24 months, the M&A team has evaluated over $5.8 billion worth of real estate encompassing over 130 million square feet. She also specializes in strategic planning, new business development, and strategic marketing to help identify opportunities, new approaches and emerging products in the capital markets.

Prior to joining Staubach, Maggie worked as a Program Manager for the LinkShare Corporation, providing strategic planning and marketing services to clients such as GE Capital Commercial Finance, American Express, Apple, Dell, and Walmart. Early in her career, she worked in New York City as an analyst for Fleming Asset Management, the US subsidiary of Robert Fleming Inc.

Maggie also served as a White House Intern in the office of the Honorable Al Gore Jr., the 45th Vice President of the United States.

Maggie received a Masters from the University of Chicago and completed 2 additional years in a PhD program at this institution. She also earned a Bachelors degree in Business Economics & Public Policy (BEPP) and International Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. She was the recipient of the BEPP department's prestigious Lionel D. Edie Award, presented to the highest ranking senior in the department.
